Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Truth & Skin by Caryssa. Please review the following policies before completing your booking. By checking the box below and confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. 1. Consent for Treatment I consent to receive professional skincare and/or waxing services from Truth & Skin by Caryssa. I release Truth & Skin and Caryssa Sornia from any claims related to treatment outcomes, known or unknown. 2. Terms & Updates I understand that pricing, service protocols, and policies may be updated at any time. I may be asked to review and re-sign updated consent forms in the future. 3. Adverse Reactions Disclaimer I understand that individual results vary and that I may experience temporary redness, irritation, sensitivity, breakouts, or other side effects depending on my skin type, medical history, or lifestyle factors. 4. Product & Device Policy All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted for skincare products, tools, or devices. Opened or used products cannot be returned. Products may be exchanged for a discount toward new purchases (no cash or service credits). 5. Cancellation, Rebooking & Fee Policy 24+ hours' notice required to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged up to 100% of the service cost. No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may result in refusal of future bookings. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be charged as a late cancellation. Rebooking after a late cancel/no-show may require a deposit or full prepayment. Emergency situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 6. Consent for Photo/Video Use (Optional) Truth & Skin may capture before-and-after photos or videos for educational, promotional, or training purposes. Content will always be used professionally and respectfully. 7. Health & Medical Disclosure I have disclosed accurate information regarding my health, medications, allergies, and skincare routine. I understand that Truth & Skin services are not a substitute for medical treatment or advice. If under a physician’s care, I have received their approval before booking. I agree to follow all pre- and post-care instructions provided.
