This cozy space has served Truth & Skin for a whole year and a half and at the end of this month Truth & Skin will be in its new home.

This isn’t goodbye this is a new beginning that has been waiting to start for a while now! All services, +some, and myself will continue, just at a new location (stay turned for the location announcement 📣 )

For most the holidays means long hours, lack of sleep, poor diet, lots of emotions and of course weather changes, but how does this affect your skin?

Each of these is a skin stressor but here are some ways to minimize/avoid the downsides of holiday stress!

- Soothe your system through breathwork, mindful minutes or a quite facial each of these contributes to nervous system regulation 🧘‍♀️

- Hydrate both inside and outside! Drink water but also wear your hydration through layering toner, essence, serum and moisturizers 💦

- Mindful eating... don't eliminate the holiday snacks and festive drinks but make sure to eat your leafy greens, healthy fasts and berries that help fight inflammation caused by sugar, dairy and alcohol consumption 🍽

At the end of the day remember to take care of yourself this holiday season before you start taking care of others (yes, I am talking to both of us!) 🤍
